Am Turning 25 !!!

Am turning 25 tomorrow,what a low feel :(
I even forgot to wish my Dad in the morning for his 50th birthday today!!!
Just buzzed him on his phone ad wished now, i will surely compensate by gifting something special which he would love as his 50th birthday gift.

If i just think of my birthday last year,i was all excited for my 25th birthday and had planned so many things a year back , but when am actually turning 25, am not feeling good at all.....
Wanted to celebrate in Singapore with my hubby.Wanted to have a gala time and enjoy to the max on the silver year. Well this is all not going to happen for sure :(

But if i just look back on the years have traveled till now,, the journey was just amazing. Yes it has many memories and happiness which would weigh much greater than me visiting Singapore on 25th year birthday.
Am happy to have accomplished few ,if not all goals of my life :)
Am happily married to my love, have settled in life to the way its supposed to be, have a pretty decent career(however i could not become a IAS officer as i dreamed of being one during my primary school days :))

In these 25years of life,I have always tried to be a good to all around me. have always tried to be a good daughter to my parents, best wife, lovable sister and a good friend. off course a self contented individual.
Life so far had its ups and downs, challenges to face, times of laughter,fun and also fear, cry and pain... Life has taught many valuable "takeaways" for the rest of the years to come, however its only 25 yrs and pretty sure i have much more to learn.... that's why mom and Koushik always say, am still small and need to get matured:)

Thats why Am Turning 25 !! (getting closer to become more mature)

Social Value: the need of the hour !

Koushik said he would drop me to work, what great can someone hear when they are late to work. I was so happy that i need not get stumbled up in the public bus and with ease got on his bike and were on the way,, talking about the weekend plans , suddenly heard someone shouting at us !!

A college student drove crossing and yelling at us,we were just confused was she trying to tell us something or what the matter was all about. We tried to chase her and to help us converse with her she landed at a petrol filling station.
Looking at her i asked, "did you say something " ?

To our surprise, the reply we got was not expected at-least from an educated young girl for no reason, all of a sudden. weirdest response can expect!!
"F*** O**"
Got my temper fuming replied her "excuse me"!
she started blasting at Koushik telling if you have to drive so slowly better go to empty road and almost going to bang you as am on speed, bla bla bla.....

"Sorry young lady, for my safety i will drive at my speed limit, you need not to shout at us and use a slang language just because you know some "F" words! Need not be educated for being civilized. Try to be a civilized and responsible first" is what i said to her. I sure she would not have heard me cos she was too busy accusing us for driving slowly.Asked us to check on our mirror and pave way cos she is in a hurry and crossing all speed limits...

And to add on, there was a hell lot of crowd surrounding us and enjoying the hot discussion btw three of us.We dint wanted to argue with someone who is so senseless of what she is accusing us for and left the place by again telling her to be civilized first !!

Through out my way, i just kept wondering ,, as to what is that lacking in our social values?
Being modern does not mean that one need to behave uncivilized. Is that the innocent age of that young lady that she just follows her surroundings and inherits such a behavior or is it her ignorance to the social values of being civilized and responsible. One need not be a skilled scholar to earn respect and practice social values!

I somewhere felt that the need of the hour is "Civilization" and awareness of something called "Social Values".
